Supply of Cans
Cans are provided to the filling line.

The deshrinker automatically removes and compresses the packaging film covering the empty cans.

Filling
The process in which the cans are filled with the contents.

A device that doses liquid nitrogen into the cans in order to maintain a constant internal pressure.
Supplying and Seaming of Ends
Ends are supplied and seamed to cans after filling.

A device that extracts pacakged ends from the stack.
A device that removes the packaging sleaves ans supplies the individual ends to the seamer.
The seamer seams the ends to the filled can to tightely seal the cans.
Sterilization and Inspection
The seamed cans are sterilized, inspected by an inspection machine, and then cased.

The retort sterilizes filled cans at high temperatures.
This device checks the filled amount inside the cans.
This device inpects the internal pressure of filled cans and detects sealing defects of 3-piece cans.
Casing and Delivery
The filled cans are cased, are passed through the inspection machine and are loaded onto trucks for delivery.

This device inspects the pressure of cased beverage cans from the outside of the case and removes cases containing defective products.
Other Equipment
This device inspects the quality of seams using X-rays.
This device inspects the quality of seams by dismantling or cutting the cans.
The loader is a device that stacks cans onto a pallet. The unloader is a device that removes cans one layer at a time
